How we use information
We use this information to provide account access, synchronize your TimeBlocks data, deliver prompts, show your history, support team time studies, maintain security, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information, run third-party advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
We send service emails for account confirmation, invitations, password reset, study reminders, and reflection prompts. Reflection answers are private by default. Organizers can see how many members responded, and they see only the reflection answers a member chooses to share. Each reflection email has a link to turn off reflection emails for that study. We do not send marketing email.
We use only essential cookies for sign-in and session security, with no advertising or analytics cookies.
Team studies
If you join an organization’s team study, authorized organization administrators can view the entries, aggregate reporting, reflection response counts, and shared reflection answers associated with that study. Personal workspaces and entries outside an assigned team study are not exposed to organization administrators.
Storage and service providers
TimeBlocks uses Supabase for account and synchronized application data, Vercel to operate the web service, Resend to send email, Stripe to process team-study payments, and Apple services for application distribution and limited compatibility with older TimeBlocks data. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe. TimeBlocks stores purchase and refund records needed to provide paid study access and support payment issues.
Retention and deletion
We retain account data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account from TimeBlocks Account settings. Deletion removes your identity, personal server-hosted TimeBlocks data, and your entries in team studies. Shared team workspaces and other members’ records are retained for the team. Device-local caches and older data in your private Apple iCloud account may remain until you remove the app or those records. Shared team purchase and refund records may be retained after account deletion, with the buyer’s account reference removed. Limited service backup copies may remain temporarily until routine backup expiration.
Your choices
You may disconnect a device, request help through the Support page, permanently delete your account, and change notification permission in Apple system settings.
Children
TimeBlocks is a workplace tool intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn a child has provided information, we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate. See also our Terms of Service.
