Getting started
For a free solo study, install TimeBlocks and create your account in the app. To organize a team study, review pricing and include yourself in the participant count. If you were invited, your place is covered: reopen your email invitation after installing.
Purchases and refunds
For checkout problems, missing purchased places, or refund requests, email support with your study name and organizer email. Do not send payment-card details. Removing a participant does not automatically issue a refund. Read the refund policy.
Existing studies
Existing studies marked as exempt retain their current terms. New team studies cost $15 USD per participant, per study.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that the device has an internet connection.
- Open TimeBlocks Account settings and select Refresh.
- On iPhone, confirm notification permission in Settings.
- Include the device type and a description of what happened. Never send your password.
